Photoshop (20.4.0) stops working when I do something else than Photoshop.

Hello guys, I need your help.

So this is my issue, my photoshop (20.4.0) works fine but when I click somewhere else (some other aplication, minimise, desktop ect...)
Photoshop either freeze, or the UI starts bugging/dissapear, the layer preview and navigator have no thumbnails anymore and more weird thing happen.
The only way to fix this issue for me is to shut it down with the task manager, the close button is freezed so I have to reboot photoshop to make it work again.
