Photoshop 20.7 too slow

With Catalina came the Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 20.7. update.

It is around 20 x times slower than the previous version. Everything is sooooooo slow even with light files, plus the old imported actions do not work at all anymore.. I have a Mac Pro 5.1 with 128 Gb RAM and fastest processors available..

Is there a way to re-install the good-old Photoshop CC 2018? I cannot find it from CC..
