Photoshop 2017 cc crashing everytime I use the Select and Mask Tool

I'm running an i5 surface pro 4 with 8gb ram, All of a sudden the select and mask tool has started crashing my photoshop. Just says error and close program.

Really annoying.

Anyone suffered this and know a fix?

Are Photoshop and Windows fully updated?

Any details in the Reliability Monitor?

Type "Reliability" into Cortana
Choose "View Reliability history"
Find the most recent Photoshop crash
Click "view technical details" on the right side of the crash
Copy/paste info here
