photoshop 2017 does not respond, and closes

hello,

I created an installation package Adobe CC 2017 offline for Computer Laboratory at school.

When I open the program in 2017 photoshop software does not respond, and closes.

I deleted the preferences file, but it did not solve the problem.

What could be the problem?
