    Reset your Photoshop preferences, which you can do under the General tab in Photoshop preferences,

    I'm also experiencing this issue. I've fully reinstalled and removed preferences with no resolution. This is making Photoshop completely unusable.

    Hi theroyalworkshopjapan,

    Sorry to learn that Photoshop CC 2019 20.0.4 is crashing while you attempt to use the Scripts> Image Processor command.

    Could you please restore Photoshop app preferences to default and let us know if the issue still persists?Please refer this article for instructions on how to restore Photoshop preferences:
