Photoshop 2019 Artboard Export Bug

The 2019 version of Photoshop currently crops off a few pixels from certain parts of a page if you export Artboards to JPEG.

I reverted back to the 2018 version and the problem was gone.

Some examples below (notice the 2 pixel gap between header and navigation, and the top of the green background behind the text has been cut off in the second example)

And finally, an example of text literally being cut in half.
