Photoshop 2019 Display is completely broken...

The display suddenly started looking like this. When you click on things the colors sometimes return to normal, but just on the section you've clicked. You can see in the image that I've clicked on "File" because the toolbar is colored normally.

All of the tools still seem to work, but the screen flashes bright white anytime you do anything.

I've checked for updates, uninstalled and reinstalled, but this issue is still happening. I've also checked my screen resolution, but it was normal, and it didn't change anything.

Any ideas would be great. Thank you.

That's most likely an issue with your GPU driver, can you post your Photoshop system into, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info and copy and paste that in this thread

I've also followed the steps for troubleshooting graphic processor as you indicated in the last comment, and after I turned off "Use Graphics Processor", the issue has gone away.

Can I use Photoshop regularly with that off, or will I have to further troubleshoot and see what the issue is?
