Photoshop 2019 Liquify Corruption

The latest release of Photoshop 2019 has yet again proved that Adobe are woeful at testing releases, I would suggest there is a complacency within Adobe to deliver releases and let the users discover the flaws and then respond (I use this term in the loosest sense).

Liquify is delivering a corrupt result on execution with random pixel appearing throughout the effected area.
