Photoshop 2019 not working with Wacom EK Remote but Illustrator 2019 works fine

After upgrading to PS2019 none of the programmed shortcuts I had for PS2018 are working. Even new ones aren't working. Everything works fine with Illustrator 2019 and Clip Studio Paint.

I have removed and reinstalled my settings, drivers and reset the EK remote, the issue persist. The one thing I noticed is that I received a Mojave pop-up for Illustrator 2019 to gain access to Wacom. I never received any such pop-up when opening PS2019.

Thought and suggestions are welcomed.

Same problem here.
There was a similar issue with PScc and Mojave.

It was a bug related to the brush icon. The solution was to allow PS to control the computer. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-and-macosmojave.html

I have found something similar in preferences>privacy>automation and it looks like the "illustrator pop up" you have mentioned.

The problem is that there is no possibility to manual add more apps.

Maybe someone will tell us what to do watching this screenshot.

Yes but none are related to the EK remote on my Wacom Cintiq. That's why I posted on the Adobe forums since it looks like its a direct Photoshop to MacOS and wacom issue.
