Photoshop 2019 Scratch Disk are Full

We use Photoshop CC in VDI and recently we updated our image to have Photoshop 2019 20.0.3. We are running into the issue that if a user tries to do anything, it gives them an error that the scratch disks are full. We've added 60GB of space to the images, changed certain preferences, but we still get the same result.

Anybody have any idea on how to fix this?

How much free space is available on you scratch disks. Do not use your boot disk as a scratch disk unless you have at least 150GB free on it. Photoshop can use quite a bit of scratch space.
