Photoshop 2019cc Pen pressure

Windows 10 and Wacom intuos pro medium in use.

I cannot get brush settings when Shape Dynamics is checked to display a pen pressure page. PS help it states a drop down should give me access to this.

Is this available for PS2019cc and how do I get this page following procedure please?

    Thanks for you reply I still had problem getting there but right or double click eventually got there.
