Photoshop 2020 & 2021 - Pen Tilt Not Working

Hello all,

Trying to use my Wacom Cintiq Companion Hybrid and Wacom pro Pen to draw however pen tilt does not work on photoshop. I get an error (circled in red) in the brush settings window that states "Control by pen tilt requires tilt sensitive tablet"

As you can see at this link: https://www.wacom.com/en-th/products/dth-a1300 my tablet supports tilt and I used it in the past.

Please help, thank you.
