Photoshop 2020 (21.2.3) not opening - unexpected end-of-file on macOS 10.15.6

Hi. For the last couple of days when I try to open Photoshop it comes up with an error message saying 'unexpected end-of-file'. I looked this up and said that it's notmally because of a corrupt file. I'm not trying to open a file, just the software. 

I tried uninstalling it and installing it again and the same messgae keeps appearing. 

What can I do?
