Photoshop 2020 and neural filters

Using Photoshop 2020 Windows 10. I am trying to access the neural filters, specificlty those that reference colorizing photos. Can't find neural filter on my S. Does Photoshop 2020 no come with this filter? Is there a wy I can DL this filter for my use on PS2020. Thanks in advance for helping me out.

Hey! Neural Filters where introduced in version 22.0. You will need to update to the latest version of Photoshop. Here is information on how to keep Photoshop updated: https://adobe.ly/3SyAByn
