photoshop 2020 crashes on startup. 2018 6 core I7 MacBook Pro

My Photoshop 2020 crashes at startup. 
I had to uninstall Photoshop (Creative Cloud) from my second computer - I can run PS in two computers- and reinstall it again But the error continues : CRASH when the program is opening.
This is my PC configuration:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64

Intel Core i7 CPU 920 2.67 Hz

RAM 12 GB

My second computer runs Windows 10 and everything works alright.
