Photoshop 2020 crashing on create/open page

-Every time i try to open or creat a new project on the 2020 version it crashes and gaves me the feedback page
-I tried to uninstall and re install it multipul times and disk clean up

- searched for updates

i did everything usal

my pc :

windows 10 pro

17-4790

16gb ram

gtx 1050ti
all on the newst updates

Hi

Have you tried resetting PS preferences

Also check Windows event viewer in the application log for errors relating to Photoshop.exe

Can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info and copy and paste the entire thing into this thread

done thanks but this was not the issue
