Photoshop 2020 creates photoshop folders on Mac OS

The new Photoshop 2020 creates on my Mac new blank folders named »Photoshop« with nothing in it. Always when I open an existing file, working on it and saving it I got these new empty folders. Does someone know why? And how can I avoid that? Thanks for any support on that!
