Photoshop 2020 does not open after accepting new terms of use on macOS

Hi, I just accepted the new terms of use and after that I stay in a loop, see attached video. It's impossible to open PhotoShop.

Hi,

 

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Please try to quit all Adobe apps, then Sign out of the Creative Cloud desktop app and sign back in. Then launch Photoshop to check if it helps.

 

If the issue persists, please try re-installing both Photoshop and the Creative Cloud desktop app.
