Photoshop 2020 freeze my PC on launch

Hi,

my PS 2020 start freezing my PC last week and makes me angry. I think I read all the posts, but nothing helps. Anytime I start PS, freeze on the starting image and I must turn of the pc hard on my case.

I try to reinstall it 3 times, but nothing helps. Could someone helps me?

Hi

Try deleting the Adobe Photoshop 2020 Prefs file from this location

C:\Users\your name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2020\Adobe Photoshop 2020 Settings

Thanks, but this was one of first things that I have tryed. I reinstall it with remove all the settings.. install older version, but nothing works.
