Photoshop 2020 Hanging while opening any file or directly dragging any file into it!!?

The Licensed Adobe Photoshop is hanging (for uncertain time..vey painful) while importing any file. Hanging even while dragging any file.! This is happening only with photoshop not with Lightroom! When i try to edit from lightroom to photoshop , then it is also the same!

WHY? PLEASE SORT OUT THIS, NOT ABLE TO WORK ON THE APP!!
