3.Modify the previously mentioned incorrect file name，file name is"PsUserConfig",not"PSUserConfiguration".

4.Why do I need to use "Wintab"，Because when I use"Window Ink"to draw, the brush will experience stuttering and delay，And when I use the "coolorus" plugin, there will also be lagging incidents.But when I use Wintab, these situations won't happen.
