Photoshop 2020 Multiple Functions Stopped Working

My Photoshop 2020 started asking me for an admin password to open it, then it takes 10 minutes to open Photoshop, and the Open function doesn't work because no image files show up as options when I browse my computer, and when I click New to make a new file, it stops responding to mouse clicks or typing to put in specifications. Anyone experience this where your Photoshop 2020 works completely fine one day and the just stops being able to do most things the next? Anyone know a solution to this?
