Photoshop 2020 Offline Issue

Hi, I have seen threads of other users who have not been able to use PS offline.  I have bought a new MacBook Pro this week and subscribed to and downloaded PS.  If I sign out of Creative Cloud while using PS it gives me a message saying all CC programs will not be available.  If I continue it closes PS.  I can only then launch PS if I sign back into CC.  I have tried uninstalling and downloading again without success.  I also had a chat with Adobe support but still no joy.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Just stay Signed-In and photoshop will work whether your connected to the internet or not.

 

Depending on how you set up the subscription plan, adobe applications only need to "talk" to adobe online every 30 or 90 days.
