Can't open files, can't start new, can't do anything. I've tried reinstalling, I've tried disabling GPU support, I tried resetting the preferences, I'm not sure what else to do. https://ibb.co/N7nS9v7

Hi there,

That does not sound good, as the screen stays green when you launch Photoshop, could you please let us know the version of Photoshop and the operating system you're working with?

Also, please try the steps mentioned here and let us know if it helps: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-home-screen-issues.html

Regards,
Sahil

I started having the same issue today. Yesterday, I was able to open the software and work as normal. Today, it's just a grey screen. Im using CC 2023 on Windows 11. I tried un-installing and re-downloading the software. I tried updating graphics drivers and restarting my computer. Same issue. Grey screen and no program options to access to even try to troubleshoot anything on my own.

I tried the fix you linked above where it suggests renaming the UXP to UXP.old.... didn't work.
