Photoshop 2020 "Save As" not working

I run Creative Cloud Photoshop 2020 with Windows 10. Two days ago photoshop quit allowing me to "Save As". I click the button and nothing happens. I have uninstalled Photoshop (and rebooted windows) and reinstalled twice. No change. I've used "Ctrl Shift Alt" while loading Photoshop to "reset preferences". No change. I absolutely need this feature. What can I do?

I downloaded Photoshop CC 2020 from Creative Cloud 6/30/20.  I use Windows 10.  Today, 7/1/20 I saw that I could neither SAVE nor SAVE AS.  No response from Photoshop appeared when I tried either command.  Someone in the Support Community suggested removing plug-ins.  I have many plug-ins so I refuse to do spend hours on the chore, which might not even work.  I expect the update of Photoshop to work. And it does not.  I deleted CC 2020 and installed CC 2019.

When you used the Ctrl+Alt+Shift did you get the dialog that asked if  you wanted to delete your preferences and did your have your preferences deleted?

Yes, I did, but that didn't fix it. I waited for a live tech, who had to uninstall all of my Adobe apps then reinstall. Took about an hour to get things back up, but it all works great now.
