photoshop 2020: unable to see new tools

I have 2019, Jut I ınstalled latest updates I still I have 2019, I do not seem to get new tools and other new features of 2020

Hi there,

 

Sorry that the new tools in Photoshop 2020 are not visible. We have seen this issue reported and have identified a workaround for now while we're working on it:

 

Restore the toolbar customization to its default state or customize the toolbar to include the missing tools. See Tools missing from the toolbar.

Thanks for your previous advice. But it did not work

I still see Adobe Photoshop cc 2019 title on the top ribbon. I still can't find the new tools that and options (like remove the background etc..) are supposed to come with 2020

Hi

Did you install Photoshop CC 2020 from the creative cloud app, if it's not showing up click on the Help menu and then Check for updates
