PHOTOSHOP 20203 WILL NOT OPEN

I have been trying for 2 DAYS now to open snd use photoshop on my windows desktop. It was working fine with no issues, then i go to launch the app, it opens the cloud and does nothing, it wont open photoshop at all. I have deleted and reinstalled both adobe cloud and photoshop, have tried downloading older versions, nothing has worked. its going on 3 DAYS NOW. PLEASE HELP
