So i need some help guys, im new to designing tshirts so im having an issue im doing text based tshirts and i use placeit to do mockups, but every time i upload one of my designs i get this box around my text.For instance if i do black text on a red shirt i will get this white box around my text but i dont want a box i just want the text. Even if i use the transparent back round i still get this box can someone help me please.

So this is what I get when I put the mock up on a black shirt or any color
shirt...this is with the transparent background, and if I use a
black background I get a grayish box on the shirt. Please Help!!!!
