Photoshop 2021, 3D not supported 'Use Graphics processor' greyed out

Hi,

 

Can anybody help me please? I cannot access 3D in the latest version of Photoshop even though if I install 2020 version it works fine. I cannot check the 'Use Graphics Processor' setting in preferences as it is greyed out.

A lot of people are having problems with the latest PS update 22.3.1 and graphics cards, including myself. My card is showing as 'Unknown GPU' in preferences. Rolling back to 22.3.0 did the trick. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Thanks. Yes this is the thing I cant understand. It works on PS 2020 but has suddenly stopped working in 2021. Are we waiting on a OS update?

I dont really understand a lot of these things are needed. Surely if it works on 2020 it should work on 2021?
