Photoshop 2021 Canvas Freeze

I am using Photoshop 2021 with Wacom Intuos CTH-490. My Photoshop canvas will freeze and the cursor does not change when i click any tools after i use scrubby zoom on artwork. I can click Photoshop tools and other setting but only canvas freeze. I have updated my wacom driver and graphics. Does anyone encounter the same issue?

I am using Photoshop 2021 on Windows 10

Go to Preferences > Tools... and uncheck "Enable Flick Panning" off. Does the problem go away?

The Photoshop Preferences can be found in the Photoshop menu on a Mac and the Edit menu on Windows.

 

Suggestion #1
Activate the Deactivate Native Canvas option within the Technology Previews tab.

 

Suggestion #2
Reset the Photoshop Preferences by clicking the Reset Preferences On Quit button within the General tab.
