Photoshop 2021 canvas freezes when I zoom in and stays that way

Please, just give us an option to roll back to a 2019 version of Photoshop.

All throughout the year, I was unable to use Photoshop CC 2020 due to a bug that caused tools to switch at random, and my questions went unanswered on the forums. I resolved that by simply using a 2019 version as long as I could. Now, with the new update, I get a bug that causes Photoshop canvas to straight up freeze, so I cannot even do my job anymore. At this point I don't know what to do, I own 2 Photoshop licences and they are essentially useless because CC doesn't allow me to roll back to a 2019 version.

The 2020 version just switches tools at random, so I cannot use it for illustration at all, and the 2021 version just makes my canvas freeze when I zoom in. I am a concept artist, my canvases are massive, it is required of me, I cannot work without the possibility of zooming in.

This happens both on my personal computer at home, and at work as well. One of my colleagues reported the same issue, but lucky for him, he doesn't rely on Photoshop that much. But I do.

At this point my only options are either getting Photoshop CC 2019 illegally, which I really don't wanna do and cannot do because I am a professional artist and my employer requires me to have my software licenced, or giving up on Adobe altogether and switching to Affinity. I cannot even do my job anymore, this software is so buggy.

I've noticed the same problem. Why is it whenever they release a new version it is full of bugs and errors and problems that cannot be resolved? I only started using the new 2021 version a few hours ago and it's crashed as frozen, twice, with no recovery. Adobe has wasted over 2 hours of my work schedule today.

Also I see it labels me posting my messages as a community beginner. That's absolutely false, as I've been using Adobe Photoshop and paying for it for nearly a decade.
