Photoshop 2021 is completely unusable and unstable for my part (and a lot of other people on this forum). I can't even do my work assignments leaving me with backwork for christmas (!!!)

- "Could not complete your request because of a program error."

- Freezes up all the time, big files and small files

- Can't save documents (Program error)

- Graphical bugs everywhere

Since these seem to be known and widespread problem I'm totally dumbfounded this could be released.

Is there a way to access an old version of photoshop so I can actually do my work?

My computer is up to date and my hardware is well above requirments.

MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)

Big Sur 11.1

Photoshop v 22.1

2,3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9

32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB

+ Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Hello ludhall to a possibility.

Go to your creative cloud, click on the "..." dots in the program and choose the version you want that the error is not occurring.

Thank you! Thought I looked everywhere. I now installed Photoshop v21 (2020), and it works perfectly.
