Photoshop 2021 create new file windows is too big

Every time I need to create a new file the pop-up is huge. I would like being able to hide the "image sizes" area, so it's smaller and faster to open. I don't need all of that. I just want to be able to create a file with clipboard size. Is there a way to do this already?
