Photoshop 2021 freezes while editing on Windows 10

Question

There are several times as Photoshop just freezes while editing. It happens during scaling the image or using patch tool. As i understand, there are a lot of people who faced with the problem of program freezing, so why there is no solution yet? It is obvious that it is more than just "problem with your computer, please check settings".

Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble due to Photoshop 2021 freezing you edit the images. Would you mind sharing the exact version of Photoshop you're using?

You can try disabling the option to Use Graphics Processor from Photoshop by going to Preferences, then Performance. Once done, quit & relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.
