Photoshop 2021 Keeps Crashing - Windows

Hi,

 

I have a Windows 64 bit PC with 16 GB of ram and 224 GB free disk space (SSD).

 

I updated Photoshop a few days ago and it keeps crashing. Sometimes this happens when I open it and sometimes a while later.

 

I have checked for updates, reinstalled, restated etc. but nothing seems to help.


Can I revert to the old version? 

 

Any ideas?

Where do you have Photoshop installed? Local HD, etc?

Are there any Windows Photoshop Stopped working crash reports you can post? Windows 2020 should still be available  on you machine if you did not have the 2021 install remover 2020.  You should never let the installer remover previous version of Photoshop.  New Photoshop versions always have problems that need to be fixed.  Unfortunately,  Adobe default is to remove old version installing new version.  Adobe's management is not the best.

Hi,

 

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I have been able to revert to version 21.2.4 and this seems to be working. I have Windows 10. Here are two of the crash reports:
