photoshop 2021 not loading

As of today 1-1-2021; my photoshop wont load - I am getting an error message telling me itis mossing drivers from intel... photoshop work before this update.  Any thoughs???

Hi try to update your intel graphics driver or this may be bug or revert back to last version which is working fine for you....regards
