Photoshop 2021 or maybe Wacom or maybe hardware problem or maybe driver or GPU issues

Hi Adobe pals,
My pan scroll zoom with wacom pen intuos pro M in Photoshop 2021 worked until today 23/11/2020. Have the clip of the matter here for you guys to view. FYI, I already try reinstall wacom driver more than 5 times also restart the Laptop.

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Did either Photoshop or Windows do through an update? Or did you update the drivers for your computers graphics card?

 

You can try updating or re-installing the Graphics card drivers to check if it helps. You can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2Qzc0K3

Please backup your settings prior to resetting the preferences. You can check: https://adobe.ly/2vNz6FG
