photoshop 2021 update can you upload to photos?

am i going mad or can you not upload/share your files to photos on macOS after new update? its driving me mad, you used to be able to.

It's working for me with a layered PSD.

PS 23.0.2

Big Sur 11.6.1

Is this happening for all files? What happens when you try?

Hi Jane

There is no obvious option to share to photos I can find. The share/upload icon on the top tool bar is not there anymore, and it is not a option when you go to export. I now have to export and save as a file then save through photos. It’s all changed since the update.
