Photoshop 2022 actions disappeared / file with corrupted layers

Hello again.
Once again I am asking for help.
I was editing my photos in PS 2022 as always, everything was smooth, sudennly the app crashed (nothing new, I am already used to it). But when I restarted the app all of the recent photos from ,,intro menu'' disappeared so I got a bit worried. So I went throuh my files, found the PSD document, opened it and it said ,,some layers may be corrupted because of disc error -1'' or something similar. So I checked my disc (nvme m.2 ssd, i think its samsung 970 evo) first, because I got anxious, but the disc is fine, all the test were just fine, no files corrupted, nothing. So with ease I opened photoshop once again, still with missing list of recent files, so I started to work on photos again, but then I relised all of my actions are gone. There is just a folder with default actions and that's it. My preferences are the same as they used to, my workspace profiles are still there and working, same goes for brushes, tablet settings and pen settings, etc. The only thing I am missing are my actions. I went through folders in appdate and there is no trace of them to be found. If someone got any idea how to find them and get them back, please let me know. I am currently outside my homecountry because of photoshoots and I have no access to my backup HDDs at home. This never happened before and I am in great need of this actions because of other scheduled photoshoots.
I am including 3 printscreens, one with missing list of recent files (there u can also see the preview of the file with corrupted layers. Second picture is just default action folder and the third picture goes for appdata PS 2022 settings, where the actions were stored.
