Photoshop 2022 Completely Broken With Radeon GPU [LOCKED: Pirated copy]

I've been using Photoshop almost every day up until September, When suddenly Photoshop started to glitch out and not utilizing the GPU whatsoever. This is an example. I've tried disabling Native canvas, Reinstalling Photoshop, Reinstalling Drivers, Upgrading Photoshop. None of those worked and I really need a fix for it.

    As mentioned. Photoshop worked fine up until September, Disabling the 'Use Graphics Processor' option seemed to get rid of this issue.
