Photoshop 2022 crashes on launch, I'm not able to enter photoshop, not even to access the preferences... It's pretty urgent and I couldn't solve it. Photoshop and Mac are updated to the latest version.

Indeed, when Photoshop crashes, this is the first thing to do, try resetting your Photoshop preferences. To do this manually on

(Mac OS only) open the Preferences folder in the Library folder*, and drag the Adobe Photoshop CS Settings folder to the Trash.

MacOS**: Users/[user name]/Library/Preferences/Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings
The user Library folder is hidden by default on macOS. In the Finder, hold down the Option key when using the Go menu. The library will appear below the current user's home directory. Now you can drag the entire Adobe Photoshop [Version] Settings folder to the desktop or somewhere safe for a back-up of your settings

If that doesn't fix the issue:
Go to Preferences > Performance... and uncheck Multithreaded Compositing - and restart Photoshop.
Still crashing?
Go to Preferences > Performance... click Advanced Settings... and uncheck "GPU Compositing" - then restart Photoshop. Still crashing?

You can reset your preferences on startup by holding Shift+Ctrl+Opt+Cmd when launching.

I normally navigate to the app in the finder, hold the keys then right-click and choose Open.

That way you're assured it is resetting.

A window should pop up asking if you want to reset.

Otherwise this article shows you how to manually remove preferences in the Finder:
