Photoshop 2022 crashing when clicking on Text and filters like Liquify...

I have Photoshop's latest version 2022, running on an imac with Big Sur. 

When I open any file and click on the Text icon, or filters like Liquify, Camera raw, Vanishing point, etc, Photshop just crashes right away. I have clients waiting for their work and it's unnacceptable I can't use these tools that I need. Even back in the days, I had Photoshop CS and used it for years without issues, now we have to pay monthly and run around trying to fix their bugs or whatever is going on? I already tried all their 'solutions,' like clearing cache, changing preferences, etc and nothing is working. I've also already submitted crash reports several times, ridiculous...

    Thanks for your help, it seems like the issue has been fixed. The problem was with my computer after all, because today it just went crazy and I couldn't do anything, not even open any apps. I had some kind of bug that was messing with the hard drive and Photoshop as well, so I had to erase my disk and reinstall the OS. Photoshop is back to normal at this point and I can use everything again. Thanks again.

      Let's eliminate user account issues: Try creating a new Admin user account and run Photoshop from the new user account to see if the problem goes away: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/basic-troubleshooting.html#permissions

       

      If that doesn't work, let's try booting in safemode to disable system utilities: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/basic-troubleshooting.html#safemode

      I'm not using Font Book or any Plug-ins, I also alredy tried clearing the font caches and Photoshop is still crashing when I select not just the Text tool, but filters such as Liquify and also when I select Camera Raw...

      Engineering is seeing signatures in the crash data that points to bad fonts on the system. Are you using a font management plug-in? Or Font Book?

      Thanks for submitting the crash logs. I'll need an engineer to weigh in - There's something weird going on - so far you are the only customer hitting this crash.
