Question

Photoshop 2022 won't open on Windows 10

Whenever I try to open Photoshop it starts opening, then just disappears. I've uninstalled and re-installed through Creative Cloud, so am running the latest version (23.1.1). I've also used the Adobe CC Cleaner tool to remove the application and reinstall. Any suggestions on what else I can do to try and get this operational? Other Adobe applications running all seem to open OK.

First, try updating your graphics driver and re-enable Use Graphics Processor. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html

Then, restore your preferences using this manual method:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually
Does it work correctly?
If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
If it does solve the problem, I would like to get the folder of settings to try and figure out what is bad with them.

Thanks. I updated to the latest drivers through Dell (as my machine's recommended OEM) - and managed to open Photoshop by changing the graphics preference to Power saving - trying the High performance option didn't work - as per the screenshot below. While I can open Photoshop, it's telling me that my graphics drivers are incompatible, but I'm not sure what I now need to do to get this working properly. I've been a Photoshop user for 20+ years, and this is the first time I've ever had an issue like this.
