Photoshop 2022 zoom different from 2021

I have bruilt a new pc and the first thing I did when I opened photoshop was configured all the settings to the exact same but the zoom is different, it doesn't zoom and move with the cursor any more. Is this a change in versions (from 2021 to 2022) or something that I have missed. Video attached shows you what I mean

Hmm, i've just tested this with a trackpad and have concluded that scroll zooming is borked. Sometimes zooming originates from the corner of the canvas and other times from the center of the canvas, but there's zero ways to predict how it will behave.

Hi! Go to Edit>Preferences>Tools> and check "Overscroll"

that does move it when the canvas is filling the screen but when the canvas is smaller, it still doesn't move with the cursor

It works for me zoomed out with Overscroll, and the scroll wheel. Please post the contents of Photoshop's Help/system info, as the GPU requirements are more stringent with the latest version.
