Photoshop 2023 error

When ever I open Adobe Photoshop, I get the error message:"ippiCanny_32f8u_C1R_L:The specified procedure could not be found." and when I click OK, the second error message I get is:"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application. How can I solve this?
