Photoshop 2023 keeps crashing!

I just downloaded photoshop cc 2023 and camera raw 15. Every time I launch 2023 it crashes. I then use 2022 and it's working fine. Is that older version interfering with the newer one? Do I need to uninstall 2022? What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Peter,

     

    You posted to the Photoshop Camera forum. PS Camera is version 1.5.0 and is available for iOS and Android. I'll move your post to the Photoshop forum.

     

     

    • Try resetting preferences on 2023 — sometimes that works. Prefs > General > Reset Preferences on Quit.

    • Be sure to fill out all crash reports and include your email. Adobe reads the crash reports and can get back to you.

     

    You can have both versions installed. Use 2022 for now since it is working.

     

    Try these first and report back if you still need help with 2023.

      I expereinced one complete crash recently.

      Is there instructions to tskr and send crash report from Win11 laptop.

      When you crash Photoshop should generate a crash report that you can send. Be sure to include your email so Adobe can tie it to your account and the forum post.
