Photoshop 2024 Crashes at Startup in Windows 10

Have removed and reinstalled Photoshop 2024  about 4 times so far. Application starts, splash screen displays for a few seconds and then it just closes. After deleting the settings file, it gets as far as the application screen displaying for a hot second and then it just closes. No error messages displayed.

 

I have tried:

1. Deleting the AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2024\Adobe Photoshop 2024 Settings folder and starting up PhotoShop.

2. Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift and deleted the current settings. Restarted Photoshop and had the same error.

 

I've inlcuded UXPLogs from the various attempts at starting Photoshop.

    Post the full Help > System Info. 

     

    About 95% of Photoshop crashing is in the GPU - an obsolete or underpowered GPU, badly configured and conflicting dual GPUs, or other GPU problems.

    I  meant Photoshop Help > System Info. Copy everything (it's long!) and just paste in a reply here. It shows the full GPU configuration.

    This is also happening to me on my Windows 10 pro setup. Every two months there is a new problem because Adobe doesn't release any stable software anymore. What happened to testing? So me the end loser doesn't lose my work 4x per day due to crashes and have to create all these mental work arounds for software that would have been roasted over this kind of functionality and lose it's status as an industry leader back in the 2000s.

    I just tried deleting the Presets folder. Photoshop stayed open about 10 seconds longer that time and then closed itself. I tried opening Photoshop again, and this time it stayed open. I tried unchecking the CPU Compositing settings referenced in https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-desktop-discussions/2024-updates-crash-on-launch/m-p/14261746#M3349. Now Photoshop doesn't open again. Noticed it was still running in the background and used Task Manager to close the program. Still crashing when I try starting it again.
