You asked this question two weeks ago and have not come back. Is it resolved or do you still need help?

I have noticed the past two weeks that a bunch of downloaded fonts from the Adobe Fonts site are no longer working and are needing to be deleted and re-installed,  along with an application restart as well. A few examples; Minion Pro, Museo Sans, Futura PT, and many more as I'm going through projects. Not necessarily the entire font either, usually it's one or two different variations that seem to be the culprits.

So! Basically, you're not alone in noticing the odd issues that have risen the last couple weeks.

@prepressso70114629 when you say "Deleted" and "reinstalled" do you mean they need to be synced from Adobe Fonts? Adobe stopped shipping products with installed fonts back in 2022. Minion Pro is now Minion 3.

If you are referring to the synced fonts it could be there was an update requiring a resync. Your CC desktop app should have been able to resolve this without restarting the application.

@kaustubhad38428288 how many fonts do you have installed/active?

Are all of the missing fonts of a certain font format, such as OpenType, Type 1, TrueType, emoji, etc., or are they a mix of formats?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
