Photoshop 2024 Properties Icon

In Photoshop 2024 (ps version 25.0) running on Windows, the Properties icon is just generic icon instead of the proper icon as in Photoshop 2023 (ps ver 24.7.1)

    I see the same in Photoshop 25.0 on Windows 10 22H2.
