Photoshop 21.1.3 Camera Raw menus not visible

I just bought a new iMac and, when I open a RAW file with it, I cannot see any menus in Camera Raw. The strange thing is that, even if I click "About Camera Raw", I cannot see any notes while, if I click "About Photoshop", I can see all the 21.1.3 release details. I have Catalina 10.15.5 and

Radeon Pro 570X 4 GB. If I use Photoshop 2019 it all works fine. If anybody had an idea about how to fix this, I would be very grateful. Thank you.

See left down corner where the wimdow percentage is located. Resize through that corner by dragging and shrinking the screen. The right part of the menus will appear. I hope it solves the issue.

Does setting Photoshop > Preferences > Camera Raw > Performance > Use Graphics Processor to »Off« make a difference?

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on this issue?

Otherise you may have to try to »fly blind« – this screenshot might help locate the field.
